Is this the visit you have in mind?

Guests looking for waxing of the underarms, subject to a skin and suitability check.

Waxing is not suitable for every skin condition or medication. Tell the therapist about retinoids, acne medicines, recent peels, sunburn, broken skin or previous reactions. Ask before booking if you are unsure, and do not stop prescribed medicine for an appointment without advice from your prescriber.

During your appointment

Talk through the treatment and your preferences with the therapist before you begin.

• Confirm the areas, wax choice and any skin concerns.
• The therapist prepares the skin and removes hair in sections, checking your comfort.
• Review the treated areas and ask for aftercare suited to your skin.

Before you arrive

Ask the team about the hair length needed for your chosen area before shaving or trimming. Share recent skin treatments, products and medicines, and confirm the areas you want treated.

After your visit

Follow the therapist's guidance for the areas treated. Ask when to resume exfoliation, active skincare, swimming and heat exposure. Skin may feel tender or look red after waxing. Seek medical advice for a severe, worsening or persistent reaction.
