Privacy and cookies
This website helps you explore treatments, contact the spa and arrange a gift. It does not collect payment-card details or take payments. Last updated 15 October 2026.

What this website collects
- Contact enquiries. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email, optional phone number and message so we can reply.
- Gift requests. We keep the purchaser’s contact details, the recipient’s name, card message and design, selected treatments or amount, optional appointment details, payment confirmation, expiry and redemption history to issue and manage the gift. Gift details are sent only when you submit your request. We do not contact the recipient automatically. Keep the private gift link safe: anyone you share it with can view the card.
- Bookings happen on Fresha. When you choose Book, a new tab opens on Fresha, which is a separate company. What you enter there is handled under Fresha's own privacy policy, not ours.
- WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us, we receive the details you send, such as your name, number and message, and use them to reply and look after your visit.
What stays in your browser
Some choices are remembered on your own device so the site works the way you left it: appearance choices, the gift draft you are writing and your private gift link after submission. Drafts remain on your device until you submit them. You can clear this site's data in your browser settings. Creating another gift removes the previous link from this device but does not cancel its voucher. Staff sign-in uses a secure session cookie for the gift register.
Other companies you may meet
- Resend processes contact and gift notification emails for us. Upstash stores the gift register and request-security records. Authorised spa staff use these details to arrange payment, help with gifts and record redemption. We keep gift records while needed to manage the gift, resolve enquiries and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may contact us about correcting or deleting your information; some transaction records may need to be retained.
- Google Maps loads only if you press the button to show the map. Google then receives a request from your device.
- Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp links open those services, which have their own privacy terms.
- Our website host keeps ordinary server logs (such as your internet address and the pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify visitors.
