Is this the visit you have in mind?

Guests looking for hair removal from the face with thread. Ask the therapist to confirm the included facial areas and any brow shaping you would like.

Tell the therapist about irritated or broken skin, recent skin treatments and any previous reaction to hair removal. Ask before booking if you are unsure whether threading suits your skin.

During your appointment

Talk through the treatment and your preferences with the therapist before you begin.

• Agree the area and, where relevant, the brow shape.
• The therapist uses twisted cotton thread to remove unwanted hair.
• Check the finish together and discuss care for the treated skin.

Before you arrive

Explain the areas you want treated and, for brows, the shape you prefer. Share recent skincare treatments and any sensitivity before the threading begins.

After your visit

Ask the therapist how to care for the treated area and when to resume your usual skincare. Avoid rubbing irritated skin. Seek medical advice if a reaction is severe, worsening or does not settle.
